HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

• All injections are by appointment only.
• Select an appointment time and sign up for Intend with your name, email address, and cell phone number.
• You must complete your profile document, which includes adding your name, birthdate, sex, insurance information, credit card information, reasons for your test, including if you have any symptoms.

Medications that can be administered by your Pharmacist are all long acting injectables including but not limited to testosterone, vitamin B12 injections, haloperidol decanoate (Haldol), fluphenazine decanoate (Prolixin), paliperidone palmitate (Invega Sustenna), aripiprazole lauroxil (Aristada), aripiprazole (Abilify Maintena), risperidone (Risperdal Constan, Perseris), and naltrexone (Vivitrol).

Patients must be at least 18 years of age and must present a valid prescription order authorizing the administration. The prescription can be sent by your prescriber electronically.

We will provide the syringe and supplies to inject the medication, and we will notify your Physician that your long-acting injectable medication was administered. 

PAYMENT

There is a $25 fee is for administering the long-acting injectable medication.  The fee applies for each long-acting injectable administered.
